Service Description

An annual health physical includes checking your blood pressure, listening to your heart and lungs, reviewing your medical history, and completing any necessary health screenings. Please note that all laboratory work is performed by an outside facility, and associated fees are not included in the physical. Please click the Yellow online booking to make an appointment.
